Felix, you can put one of these LEDs below with the appropriate socket for your car in amber color.
If this increases the number of blinks just put a resistor in parallel with the LED. Where did you buy the LED you can learn what the value of the resistor to the LED model. I am not certain but it seems the photo has 9 watts of power.
For an LED is much power.

Oigres firstly i found led. but i didnt found only white color available.therefore i bought white glass flasher bulbs.

Oigres ebay expensive for turkish customer may be i can find this leds at cars accessory shop in future
